Our Day Habilitation Services are designed to help individuals with disabilities engage in typical community life activities. This might include volunteering, attending community events, using public transportation, or visiting local businesses. These services promote independence, reduce social isolation, and help individuals develop a greater sense of belonging in their community.

They also provide opportunities for learning and skill development. Individuals receive support from trained professionals who help them identify activities of interest, learn new skills, and practice interacting with others in the community. These services can be provided individually or in groups and may involve transportation and assistance with tasks such as shopping or attending appointments.

We offer Day Habilitation through the following programs:

Supported Community Connections (SCC)

Specialized Habilitation (SH)

Community Connector (CC)

These programs support individuals to:

Engage in community activities, volunteering, recreation, socialization

Learn and practice daily living, communication, vocational and social skills

Access public transportation safely and independently

Build friendships, self-confidence and community belonging
