Virtue Care offers Individual Residential Services and Supports (IRSS) for adults 18 and older enrolled in the Developmental Disabilities (DD) waiver. IRSS provides residential support to ensure health and safety along with individualized guidance, support, and habilitation in a community setting. At Virtue Care LLC, we understand the essential role community connection plays in enriching the lives of the people we support. We help individuals access events, cultural activities, and important community resources so they can live active, fulfilling, and meaningful lives. Through personalized planning, event coordination, reliable non-medical transportation, and companion support, we create opportunities for greater independence, social engagement, and overall well-being within the community.
We proudly provide trusted, person-centered support that promotes safety, community engagement, and greater independence.
Our commitment to facilitating community access is grounded in providing tailored support that aligns with each resident’s preferences and needs:
We collaborate with residents to create individualized plans that outline their interests, goals, and desired level of community engagement.
Our dedicated team organizes outings to local events, cultural attractions, shopping trips, and more, ensuring that residents have the opportunity to participate in meaningful activities.
We offer reliable non-medical transportation services that provide residents with a convenient and comfortable way to access community destinations.
For residents who prefer companionship during outings, our caregivers are available to accompany them and provide assistance as needed.

Virtue Care’s Home Health Services combine clinical care with compassion, supporting individuals to remain healthy in the comfort of their homes. Whether you require assistance with personal care, help with medication reminders, or full-time support with daily living activities, we provide these services to individuals in their own homes.
Virtue Care provides Behavioral Therapy and Support Services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, who may benefit from additional therapeutic services, including:
Virtue Care’s EBD services provide long-term supports so adults who are elderly, blind, or physically disabled can live at home or in the community instead of a nursing facility. While EBD does not mirror the DD waiver’s 24/7 residential habilitation, it does fund community-based residential options and robust in-home supports.
Virtue Care’s Peer Mentorship provides support from trained peers with lived experience to build self-advocacy, independence, and community participation. It’s guidance, not counseling, using shared experience to help people navigate systems, set goals, and thrive.
